Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
David Robert Fetterman, founder and CEO of the Milton Lumbergh Association (MLA), holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and a minor in Information Technology. He is also a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, recognized for academic excellence and leadership potential. With over 25 years of professional experience in technology—including help desk, call center support, and field service operations—David combines deep technical expertise with a visionary approach to nonprofit innovation. His leadership is defined by a commitment to trauma‑aware, burnout‑proof systems that empower both individuals and organizations. At MLA, David translates vision into modular, future‑proof solutions that strengthen communities, driving sustainable growth, transparent operations, and community‑driven empowerment across Akron and beyond.
